What it does

Upload or paste an RFI, extract proof questions, match them to internal evidence, identify gaps, ask colleagues for missing proof, and prepare a customer-safe response packet.

What it is not

It is not a fully autonomous RFI bot, not a legal or security approval replacement, and not an automatic customer portal submission tool.

Language behavior

First visit follows the browser/system language when it matches English, Simplified Chinese, or German. Manual language changes are saved in the browser and preserve the current workspace.

Suggested customer trial flow

  1. Sign in with the guest account.
  2. Choose English, Simplified Chinese, or German from the language selector.
  3. Create or open an RFI workspace.
  4. Upload a demo RFI file or paste RFI text.
  5. Review extracted questions and delete or edit anything that is not useful.
  6. Upload demo evidence such as policies, security notes, product documentation, or historical RFI answers.
  7. Run evidence matching and inspect supported, partial, gap, conflict, not applicable, and skipped states.
  8. Open source previews before confirming answers.
  9. Use internal requests or direct gap evidence for missing proof.
  10. Review the customer-safe delivery draft before export.
